It’s been a while since I’ve posted an update.

This version reduces the memory (RAM) used by default. Some new developments have been made to reduce memory usage. It is expected to save about 150MB compared to the previous version.

Other major modifications are as follows.

• Improved ad blocker processing speed.
• Fixed ad blocking filter not updating. (Filter updates automatically when you update the app.)
• Fixed the problem that the keyboard becomes full screen in landscape mode.
• A pop-up button has been added to the entire video screen. (A button shape has been added with the same function as when going to the background.)
• Fast forward, pause, and rewind buttons have been added to the screen in video popup mode.
• Fixed video player bug.
• Fixed the phenomenon that it works again when restarting even if night mode is turned off.
• In the case of VPN, the name has been changed to DNS because it does not currently bypass censorship. (This will be developed later.)
• Other web compatibility related issues have been fixed.

Reduced memory usage caused by scrolling issues and frequent screen updates.
It will be smoother and the battery performance will be improved.
The problem of the bottom disappearing on some sites has also been resolved.

There have been a lot of reports about download speed lately.
Currently, general file downloads are downloads through a single connection, so if the server speed is slow, the reception speed will also be slow.
You can think of it as a normal download method. In the future, we plan to support parallel download (file split method).
(Video downloads have been supported for a long time.)
Before that, to solve some of the above problems, a link copy and share function was added to the download pop-up menu.

And there were fixes for bugs that could be resolved.
Because most of the reports were not confirmed, there were many parts that could not be corrected.
In the future, we will look at each one again and develop it.

A web clipboard API was added. This feature allows web page developers to access the clipboard via web language. For example, you can paste text automatically copied to the clipboard from a web page. For security, in case you agree to the permission, it will proceed. Many sites do not use this feature yet, but it was developed due to user requests. Currently, consent is required every time, but we will be able to obtain permission consent for each site in the future.

This version has a lot of bug reports, so a lot of bugs have also been fixed. The main fixed bugs are as follows.

• Problems with downloads from the web.
• Problems with running apps on the web.
• The problem that the bottom bar does not come up.
• The problem that the bottom of the visit history screen appears white.
